Exonerations

The experience of Marta Outsourcing Group (GOM) in exonerations began the year the Incentives Act of 1985 was published.

Marta Outsourcing Group has provided services in recovery processing and estate tax exemptions under Act 6990 (Tourism Incentives), to hotel projects ranging from 70 to 450 rooms.

Our commitment is to maximize the possibility of exoneration. Our services are billed against the amount recovered in tax exemptions, thus allowing for the Beneficiary Tourist Contract to pay for itself.

GOM manages hotels that have a Tourism Contract, so service goes beyond the mere formality of a tax exemption, it also offers insight that is provided “before, during and after” so that the consultation also takes into account the administration of exonerated goods.
